Tributary Times

EPA Proposes Indian River
Temperature TMDL

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a temperature TMDL for the Indian River, and will hold a public hearing in Millsboro on November 10, 2004 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.  Questions will be taken from the audience during this hearing and issues will be discussed.

The EPA is welcoming input from interested parties and the general public, and you can request written copies of the report from the Region III office in Philadelphia.  Beginning October 27, you will also be able to download a copy of the report.
